Anti-stalking expert Harry Fletcher accused of stalking by colleague Laura Richards

Laura Richards, 39, the civilian former head of Scotland Yard's controversial Homicide Prevention Unit, has reported her former campaign partner Harry Fletcher, 68, to the police.
